Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos.
